I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. There is a comfort to it, Frank Loyd Wright touches in the lobby fire place and decor in the rooms. The service was very friendly and we got a text shortly after checking in asking if we might need anything. This is a beautiful gem hidden in the city, the court yards are very eye appealing and well tended. This is an older establishment but has been kept up beautifully. The stained glass in the lobby creates a warm welcoming first impression. I will stay here again when I pass thru the valley and definitely recommend it.

I especially had a great time in the Restaurant Milagros with Jake, my server who was attentive, never let my drink go dry and had a very kind smile with everything he did. I liked being able to text the front desk for questions. The free shuttle to the airport was a very nice perk!

Everything about our experience was great. The staff was very friendly and truly helpful. We ate breakfast and couldn't have asked for anything better. It wasn't just at the meets level it was above and beyond. The location was great also! Whenever we travel to the Phoenix and surrounding areas, this is where we will stay.
